Kahurangi earrings
Description
Kahurangi Statement Earrings — Aho Collective
For the wāhine who steps into every space with purpose, presence, and undeniable mana. Our Kahurangi Statement Earrings are inspired by the bold essence of the word kahurangi — a term that speaks to something treasured, distinguished, and of the highest esteem. Just like the woman who wears them.
Each pair features a striking 5cm pounamu (greenstone) disc, honouring depth, resilience, and connection to the whenua. Suspended from hypoallergenic, non-tarnish stainless steel findings, these earrings are crafted for everyday confidence and long-lasting shine.
Bold. Beautiful. Unmissable.
Kahurangi is for the wāhine who leads, who grounds others, and whose presence is always felt.

Design
Design Kōrero | Aho Collective
Each Aho Collective piece is thoughtfully designed to honour strength, connection, and everyday wear.
Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality stainless steel, chosen for its durability, hypoallergenic properties, and resistance to tarnishing. This makes our pieces suitable for daily wear while maintaining their form and finish over time.
Where included, pounamu is used with care and intention. Pounamu is a taonga within te ao Māori, valued for its strength, mana, and deep cultural significance. Each stone is unique in colour and pattern, reflecting its natural origin. No two pieces are the same.
Together, these materials represent balance — modern durability paired with ancestral significance — creating jewellery that carries both story and presence.
