Aho Collective – Shipping Policy

At Aho Collective, we take great care in packaging and sending your taonga so they arrive safely and in beautiful condition. Please read our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods, restocks, or launch events, processing may take slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will update you as soon as possible.


Shipping Within Aotearoa (New Zealand)

We ship nationwide using tracked courier shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days

  • Rural Delivery: May take an additional 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate (add your rate here)

  • Free Shipping: (optional – add conditions if you offer this)

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Standard International Courier: Typically 7–14 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on region

  • Additional duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues

Aho Collective is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed by the courier once dispatched. If an issue arises, we will support you in contacting the courier to help locate your package.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may experience delays.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your order or shipping details, please contact us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your parcel has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.


Click & Collect 

A click and collect code is only available to those who live locally.
